I'm sorry you are so disheartened. I really wish there is something I could say that would make you change your mind. But since I kind of feel the same WAY (maybe with less venom). I still want the band to make a fourth album. I believe they can and they will.

i`m sorry too that you feel like that, maybe all of us feel the same, i think too that the fourth album is going to be a second chance to be the same band than always :-/

about gerard, maybe he is going too far with this alterego :S

But he did a lot for me, so i cant leave him and the band never because i did a promise to carry them to the end ;)

i have to agree with the article. scence the break up durring the black parade gerard hasent been the same. he dated eliza and got engaged to her. the he married lyn-z who he has been dating for like what 2 months? he also is drinking again i saw a pic of him with wine aka apple cider according to him. he just doesnt seem happy. i saw a concert and he was so miserable in it. he basically told the audience that they should all be miserable. the crowd boo-ed him. he just seems reckless and not responible. he was finaly growing up and look at what he is doing now. soon it will be coke again then it will be suicides attemps again. and i do think (although i hate with a passion to say it,) mcr is over. they are taking a 'break' ya in 2 or 3 years when they make a new cd about 50 to 75 % of there fans will be over them and listening to the *new* band that takes mcr's place and they wont buy the cd. the break is the worst decision they are making ever. i feel so sorry for the other members cause they live and breath mcr like gerard did. not that he is gettin older he is worring and rushing things and screwing over his career. alot of my friends have stoped listening to mcr just because gerard is conterdicting his lyrics and quotes and his general values that he projected to his fans. all i wish is that he gets his life back on line again and is happy. he is not only screwing over him self but 4 other people and his countless fans. if gerard reads this plz try it will get better. (i doubt he will read this) and i will buy the new cd in 2 or 3 years cause i luv mcr they have (?had?) a wounderful message. thank you mcr guys u changed my life and the lives of others. keep up the great work and support gerard. maybe we all need to write gerard letters of support and our love (musical love not crush love) then he will get better cause he knows he has all of us behind him.

and according to the staffer of Channel 93.3 who got the wedding pics of Gerard and Lyn he had a bottle of apple cider in his hand. Everytime there's a shot of Gerard with a drink in his hand its either, coffee, water, or diet coke. There is no evidence of him drinking again or doing drugs. And taking a break is not the worst decision they are ever making. For fuck sake, they need a break!!!! they all have lives outside of the band!! Im sure Frank and Jamia want to have a honeymoon after they get married, im sure they all want to relax, maybe Ray will marry his girlfriend, they need time to do these things.

and who did he "cheat, humiliate and disesteem"? drama drama I guess you turned Gerard into your hero and your savior and when you realized that he wasent perfect then you were let down big time, thank goodness i never did that.

I for one dont care if he sticks his hands down his pants, makes the guys take their shirts off or that he married Lyn-z after like 2 months of metting her, yes its crazy but whatever. Its his life and if they end up divorcing then oh well, hopefully he will have learned his lesson not to rush into relationship like that again.

so for now i wish him luck and happiness with the marraige and I cant wait for a fourth album.

I know there is no war.. and I know its also a lie.. but they built this thing up for us to tell the people that they have concerts, etc.. our duty is to spread the news to everyone.. and on the bright side.. because of this army I met new friends.. but I also agree w/ u..but I'm here for the music.. and I noticed something.. since that gerard got engaged to eliza and got married to lyn-z its like the soldiers are already turning their back on us.. You people look into these things too much, come back down to earth, Gerard Way is only a HUMAN. You can't claim to know him, you shouldn't have got so involved in speculating into his private life if you didn't want this to happen.
Your post has proved that most "fans" like you only care about the one person in the band - Gerard, when really there are actually FOUR other guys and it should be about the MUSIC anyway. And this is why I am completely lost and bewildered as to how you have called others"fangirls and teenies". If you were EVER a real fan it would be about the music, not only particular members of the band.

Mmmm. I don't really understand. Are you saying Lyn-z is the Yoko Ono for MCR? I don't think I'll ever stop loving MCR. I don't give a rats ass about Gerard, Mikey, Frank, Ray and Bob. You just don't stop loving art. The Black Parade was a beautiful concept record. So I agree with you about how you shouldn't care about musicians. It's not like they care about you, personally.

Marriage is just a fancy word for slavery. I guess Gerard shouldn't have gotten married. He's married to art and music.

Whatever happens, happens. If MCR breaks up. Fine. It was good while it lasted. People will get over it.

I agree and disagree with you. I agree that they have changed and maybe their choices were not the best. But I do not agree that we should abandon them in the time they need us most. You cannot think that people are going to be exactly what you want them to be all the time, they are going to do things wrong that does not live up to what you think they can be, nobody is going to be perfect in everything they do. If we abandon them now they will have nothing to keep them going. I know nothing I can say will change your mind, but I want you to know that I am sorry we have lost another soldier in the MCRmy to issues like this.

i am olny saying that some of there recent decision are not the best career choices. ya they deserve a break but with people today they just wont care in 2 or 3 years. i know i will still buy the cd and listen to there music. i am still in the MCRmy. i still support mcr. i stod in line 8 hours to see them. i just wish they would stop and think before acting.. it would be horrible if they did something that would end ther career or make it difficult to get back to where they are now.
